Bulletin Updates, Issue #2

It’s officially election season!

BREAKING BREAKING BREAKING! Mayor Tom, after lasting a good decade, has finally decided he’s had enough of political life and will be retiring within the next few weeks. He told Mary at the pub that the pressures of making important decisions for us townsfolk, coupled with managing the administrative work from Overlord Command and being tortured once a month in return for his position, has finally worn him down.

What does this mean for you?

With Mayor Tom stepping down, it means our town’s most coveted political position of power is now up for grabs. It’s a very special year this year, too, as the Overlords have decided that rather than keeping up the proud tradition of Trial by Combat Crumble has upheld for generations, Command will be allowing a democratic process to take place.

How do I know this? Overlord Primarch itself asked me to publicise this information after politely shooting me in the thigh. I’m so excited! It’s been years since anyone was allowed to vote.

So it’s official (and you read it here first, folks!): Crumble will be holding an election!

Voting dates are yet to be decided, but if you’d like to run for mayor, start prepping your campaign now. Debates will be held in the near future in the town square – keep your eyes peeled for the posters.
